Overview

After the ABM has been conducted, AM will share an Excel file (via email) with the AR for processing. There are 10 categories that may need to be processed on a case-by-case basis.

1. Extract student details

2. Fill in Student Details in Master Data Table

3. Save a copy of the Master Data

Save a copy to your local disk (laptop) and proceed with letter processing below.

4. Select the relevant category and template letter

(Refer to categories tab)

5. Open in App → Click Yes

6. Click on Mailings tab

7. Select relevant students via Next button

8. When found, click Finish & Merge button

💡 Tip: Select the "Current Record" option to generate individual letters for each student. This eliminates the need to manually separate them later.

9. Transfer the finished document

Transfer accordingly and share it to Academic Manager (allow editing)

Access the Academic Board Meeting folder to find the relevant template for each category:

A2_1.1 - Proceed next SEM but will repeat other SEM
A2_1.2 - Repeat module but NOT PROCEED to Next Sem
A2_1.3 - Repeat Module - follow NEW INTAKE (deferred)

⚠️ A2_1.4 - Repeat after IA

(void according to current policy)

⚠️ A2_1.5 - Repeat concurrently while doing IA

(void according to current policy)

⚠️ A2_1.6 - Repeat concurrently while PROCEED next sem

(void according to current policy)

A2_1.7 - Repeat IA
A2_2.1 - Failed repeat module & Withdrawn - Poor Performance
A2_3.1 - HOLD SEM - Outstanding Fees
A2_3.2 - CONTINUE SEMESTER
