đ Open Submission Form â
1. Upon receiving GL submissions
Review for accuracy as well as signature of QPF-REG11A before signing.
Put the signed raw document in relevant folder:
RD_NRC_REQUEST FORMS FOLDER
đ Access RD_NRC Request Forms Folder â
4. Save a copy of the Master Data
Save a copy to your local disk (laptop) and proceed with letter processing below.
6. Open in App â Click Yes
7. Click on Mailings tab
8. Select relevant students via Next button
9. When found, click Finish & Merge button
đĄ Tip: Select the "Current Record" option to generate individual letters for each student. This eliminates the need to manually separate them later.

Other Request Form
âšī¸ NOTE: The most common requests handled by the AR are Leaving Certificates and Progress Reports. Other seasonal requests include Record of Achievement, which is only available during specific periods.
đ Record of Achievement Requirements
To open Record of Achievement requests, the following conditions must be met:
- Use the latest ROA document.
- Contact the RO office for permission to open the request.
- All students must have passed and completed all 4 semesters.
- ABM (Academic Board Meeting) must have been conducted.
